Wong Yat Foo is the founder and Chairman of private equity firm ESW Manage Pte Ltd. Mr Wong holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. Mr Wong has more than 15 years of experience in a diverse range of cross-border deals, including both regional and international ones. He holds considerable depth in terms of both knowledge and expertise, overseeing many successful capital market transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and private equity investments. He has also dealt with many important strategic operations and his skills are oriented towards general management with emphasis on problem analysis, decision-making, resource analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, organization planning and development.

Prior to establishing ESW Manage, Mr. Wong was the CEO and chairman of Mentor Media Ltd, a leading supply chain management solutions company that was listed on the SGX. Under Mr. Wong’s committed management, he took the company public in 1999. Mentor Media was subsequently sold for SGD 168 million in 2006 to a private equity firm. Currently, Mr. Wong is still the President of Mentor Media Ltd.​



Eric Sng Kian Peng has more than 8 years of experience in the banking industry.  His area of expertise includes creating and supporting retention strategies for existing and new shareholders.  Having excelled in a client-facing role for a substantial period of time, Eric is able to skillfully identify new business opportunities for the company that provide sustainable growth.  Eric also constantly coordinates with other associates to increase revenue streams for the company, and this includes engaging closely with potential partners, finding creative solutions, and keeping track of various changes in emerging markets and technology trends. Jackie Lee Choon Yau is the CEO of clickTRUE and gives the overall strategic direction of clickTRUE, managing clickTRUE's fund-raising activities and driving clickTRUE's expansion plans into the Asia Pacific region. He is the project manager of joint ventures and strategic partnerships. On top of that, Jackie champions innovations and R&D projects within clickTRUE. 

Prior to clickTRUE, he founded Hardware Zone (HWZ), which is the No.1 Technology Portal in Singapore, and HWM, the No. 1 Technology Magazine in the Southeast Asia region. HWM is published and distributed in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. HWZ was later acquired by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH). With more than 15 years of experience managing the digital and publishing businesses across Asia, Jackie later started clickTRUE, having developed a deep interest in performance marketing.

He currently sits on the Main Advisory Board of NUS Business Incubation of Global Organisations a Member of Partner Connection Fund Evaluation Panel at Ministry of Social and Family Development. He is also a Member of SPRING ACE Mentoring sub-committee at Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry and an Approved Angel Investor by SPRING Singapore.

Pamela Ng Boon Kien has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. With extensive knowledge of accounting standards and practices, she was actively involved to prepare Unisteel Technology Limited for IPO and the company was listed in February 2000. She also worked closely with a global private equity firm handling leveraged buyout and bank financing with participation from countries across the region. 
Pamela plays a major role in project management within the company and provides sound business advisory covering strategic alliances, cross border M & A and fund raising.
Pamela obtained a MBA with distinction from the University of Manchester. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
